Dave Dennis Memorial Tournament

The Dave Dennis Memorial Tournament is our first tournament of the year. It is a 1v1 game played with two bowls. The first player to 11 points, or the score after 11 ends, determines the winner. We don't stay in the lanes for this one. Heads up on the green because there are jacks, bowls, and people coming from all directions!

Jean Bresee took the ladies side, with Linda Bower finishing in second place, and Paula Bolster in third. On the men's side, Doug Sanregret was the men's champ, winning in a tiebreaker against Mike Gilchrist. Third place also needed some math to figure out the three way tie. Sam ultimately came out on top to take the third place medal. 

The Medicine Hat Health Foundation will receieve a cheque for $200 in Dave's memory.
